Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients
• To achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operation processing mode and technical stack for the ITO.
• Support the transformation in the way the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint across facets like – Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.
• To place a focus on gathering requirements for the project and preparing high level functional specifications.
• Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance.
• Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries.
• Test management for the front to finance chain Stakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.
• Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets
• Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions
• Knowledge on Trade life cycle
• Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies
• Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations
• Understanding of Equity Derivative Products and Lifecycle events
• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria

The Project Manager-Business Analyst will take the lead and manage projects primarily related to the Reconciliation System of Wealth Management activity in Europe and in Asia.

Job Description:

• Analyze new requirements coming in the domain with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions
• Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
• Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, General Functional Specifications (GFS), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, etc.
• Organize and run dedicated committees (steering committees, project committees, etc)
• Identify and report on project risks, attention points, and issues to follow up
• Plan the migration strategy and change management activities related to the project
• Coordinate, supervise, and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Manage all the decision-making and analysis processes allowing to design, validation the solution, and get the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the Bank’s Project governance is applied at each step
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Ensure a good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders in each location

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 7 years of Business Analysis with Project Management experience in working on Wealth Management Banking
• Strong working knowledge of Reconciliation Systems (Intellimatch) – MUST HAVE
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
• Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
• Singapore Citizens are highly preferred

The Project manager / Business Analyst within the IT team will work closely with

• HO Finance in Europe who is the main sponsor and Product Owner to analyze the requirements and propose solutions
• Asia and Europe Users by Organizing workshops for requirement gathering and UAT
• WMIS teams like Security, Systems & Architecture, Devops teams, and be the main coordinator for your project
• Work with the Source system development team daily to provide requirements and follow up on their delivery
• Prepare project/evolution planning and milestones
• Be the Asset expert and lead in the functional domain area, provide solutions to the Sponsor’s requests, provide impact analysis and drive the implementation. The position is also required to perform follow-up and analysis on the L3 production support topics for the Asset to ensure BAU

Job Scope:

• Project estimation, resource capacity plan, and project actual control
• Develop Project Work plan or WBS for delivery monitoring and control
• Responsible for the project team’s coordination (regular follow-up meetings) and communication with Sponsors (SteerCo preparation & presentation)
• Define milestones with the dependency team and stakeholders
• Conduct workshops and meetings with users and Group Finance to identify project requirements
• Work with users of core banking systems and Finance systems
• Collaborate with the team of multiple divisions and IT teams from the Group to drive the project to completion
• Analyze business requirements and Document Functional Specifications and ensure to obtain sign-off from the Product Owner
• Able to challenge the AS-IS situation and propose solutions
• Participate to the full development lifecycle primarily in requirement gathering design, solution design, construction, SIT, UAT, release, and implementation support
• Work with Solution architects, Application SME’s to design functional solutions and if necessary the development team and Business analyst from other Divisions/Assets for cross-division projects.
• Responsible for managing & reporting functional risks
• Get validation from stakeholders after the UAT
• Full Project governance deliverables
• Project post-go-live support

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 10 years of Management with Business Analysis experience in working on Wealth Management Banking
• Experienced Project Manager and Business analyst in the IT team for at least 10 years deliveringprojects for the following functional domain areas:
• Finance reporting process
• Regulatory reporting
• Credit Counterparty Risk
• Management accounting
• Core banking solutions data flows
• Data quality
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role with Financial Services
• Knowledge and working capability of product life cycle
• Good knowledge and understanding of the information flow and various financial services/bank business functions
• Knowledge of the Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle
• Experience working throughout the project life cycle; including analyzing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing, and stakeholder management
• Able to conduct workshops with business teams and challenge the requirements
• Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Background from Business analyst and transitioning to PM would be value added
• PMP certified / Scrum certification would be an advantage
