Provide Daily Production Support, including system defect analysis and functional and integration testing.
Mandatory skillsets:
Communication, Critical thinking problem solving, analytical, negotiation time management, data analysis & etc.
At least 2 years of knowledge on general insurance business process.
At least 2 years of working experience in general insurance policy admin system.
