This is a 1 year contract role. with option to extend- Start 2 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Work hours: Monday to thursday 7 am to 4.15pm : Friday 7am to 3.45pm ( 45 minutes lunch)
Job responsible:
Admin- at General office
1) Front desk- handle phone call, walk in vistor .
2) Handing incoming and outgoing letter/ deliver/ parcel
3) Data entry job.
4) attend to emergency case- calling ambulance/ first contact person
5) Others duties that assign to you.
Job Requirement:
- Have 1 year working experience
- first aide cert will be added advantage
-Able to multitask , work independently and as a team.
- Min N-level
