Antomation is seeking a Head of Technology to spearhead the development of our advanced automation handling solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position, with equity participation as part of the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a dynamic team of 4 engineers, scaling to 10.
- Drive the development and implementation of machine vision and automation systems.
- Oversee AI model integration into robotic automation solutions.
- Provide strategic technical direction for complex automation projects.
- Collaborate across teams to design, prototype, and commercialize innovative solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven expertise in machine vision, robotics, and AI-driven solutions. Familiarity with Mech-Mind cameras is an advantage.
- Education: PhD or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Leadership: Prior experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to build and scale cutting-edge technologies. Ideally Entrepreneuship/ Startup experience.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with robotic systems, machine vision, AI model development, and deployment.
