Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Crew Supervisor to lead and manage our service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold excellent customer service standards, and maintain an efficient and motivated team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service crew.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to service crew members.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the work and dining areas.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report operational issues and performance updates to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in the food service or hospitality industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
