Job Overview
The Kitchen Crew will prepare, cook and serve the food, including preparing drinks/beverage according to prescribed standards, for self-collection by the customer for dining in, or taking-out.
Responsibilities
- Open and close daily sales
- Operate the cash register, NETS and other online payment methods
- Prepare, arrange, and serve all food by using standard recipes, presentation instructions in accordance with the standard established
- Prepare and cook dishes in the menu according to restaurant's standards of quality, recipe, consistency, and timelines during the absence of the Kitchen Manager
- Prepare drinks/beverage in the menu according to standards established
- Ensure all food products are stored properly in their appropriate fridges and storage containers throughout a shift
- Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
- Ensure all equipment are cleaned and kept properly
- Work closely and cooperate with other staffs to achieve highest possible satisfaction of food items
- Check and verify acceptable food stock levels
- Assist in the preparation and checking of stocks during stock taking
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time
