Responsibilities
- Research new markets, identify potential clients, and develop growth plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Create proposals that address client needs and concerns, and include cost estimates and work plans
- Collaborate with construction to negotiate and close contracts
- Oversee growth projects, and monitor and manage bid activity
- Make sales projections and forecast revenue
- Track the performance of marketing strategies and industry market intelligence
- Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
