Looking for Kitchen Crew
Responsibilities:
1. Assistance of all food preparation and cooking.
2. Cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen area.
3. Assistance of all culinary duties, including productions, preparation, cleaning, opening setup, and closing.
4. Assistance with the unloading of deliveries.
5. Storage of ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
6. Assistance with the monitoring of inventory.
7. Reporting of all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
8. Assistance of service crew whenever needed.
Skills:
1. A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours.
2. Possess skills in the proper handling of kitchen equipment.
3. Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner.
4. Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
5. Food hygiene management.
