Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall progress of the project, coordinate internal and external resources, and lead the project team to ensure high-quality delivery.
2. Manage the internal project team and external communications, organize project meetings and reviews, and provide regular and milestone-based project reports.
3. Collaborate with relevant third parties to continuously improve and enhance project performance, maintain client relationships, and manage project reports, delivering periodic and final results to clients.
4. Coordinate with team members to resolve issues encountered during the project, ensure project security, and ensure the smooth operation of services.
5. Support team members, stay informed about team dynamics, and remain adaptable to high-pressure work environments.
6. Manage on-site project operations, including overseeing project costs and personnel.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Over 8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in the financial industry.
3. Strong organizational, coordination, technical expertise, and project management skills.
4. Proficiency in mainstream project management and office tools, including Visio, Project, Office, etc.
5. A broad perspective, responsibility, proactivity, excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong resilience under pressure.
6. Experience as a project manager for large or medium-sized banking core systems is preferred.
7. Development experience is a plus.
8. Bilingual in English and Chinese, as there will be extensive interactions with our China based development team

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.

• Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.

• Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products, applications and solutions.

• May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.

• May provide consultation and product capability assessment and validation to prospective users.

• Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

• Has expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products.

• Responsible for selling the company's products or services, developing new and expanding existing accounts.

• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Over 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in the financial industry.

• A broad perspective, responsibility, proactivity, excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong resilience under pressure.

• Development experience is a plus.
