3. PayrollMonthly payroll processing
   Consolidate attendance records, leave records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll processing.
   Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance in resolving issues.
   Collaborate with finance department to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations
   
4. Administrative HRMaintaining employee records, updating HRIS databases, and preparing HR documents such as reports, letters and employment contracts.
   Work pass related mattersInternal communications to employees and responding to MOM surveys
   Assist in offboarding process of leaving employee

Who You Are

• Robust experience of 3 to 5 years in digital media sales having exposure with digital publishers or network dealing in display/ mobile/ video and Programmtic advertising
• Experienced in Ad-tech or media agency with in-depth knowledge and profound expertise in the industry.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models for display/ mobile/ video platforms and programmtic advertising
• Proven communication, presentation, and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
• Proven record of strategic development of client base
• Excellent relationships and networking with media fraternity such as advertisers and agency planners/ buyers
• Eligible to work in Singapore without the need for company sponsorship/visa
