- Handle any customer inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
