Anywheel is a leading micromobility platform providing innovative transportation solutions through shared bicycles and e-bicycles. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to support our financial operations. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the full set of accounts, including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Handle payroll processing and account payables to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare financial statements and GST (Goods and Services Tax) submissions while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Work with external auditors during audit processes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the in-house tech team to align the online management system with accounting principles and regulations in Singapore.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new financial management systems, including supporting platform migrations.
- Contribute to streamlining financial processes by implementing appropriate tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliation, or similar financial roles.
- Familiarity with MYOB software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial management tools.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations in Singapore (exposure to China, Vietnam, or Thailand regulations is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
