Job Responsibilities:
• Safely operate vehicles to transport metal materials between customer sites, our facility, and recycling centers.
• Load and unload scrap metal using appropriate equipment (e.g., hoists, dollies, or forklifts).
• Ensure accurate documentation of pickups and deliveries, including invoices and weigh tickets.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
Requirements:
• Valid Class 4 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience (experience in a related industry is a plus).
• Ability to lift heavy materials when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
