Responsibilities:
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based business process management solutions.
Develop and maintain custom rules, flows, activities, and integrations within the Pega platform.
Assist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support testing activities and participate in the debugging and troubleshooting process.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of technical specifications.
Stay current with the latest Pega technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Pega development.
Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, including classes, rulesets, work parties, and flows.
Experience with Pega development tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
