• Hands on Experience on Design, Development of IBM Case Manager ICN
• Hands on Experience on Design, Development of IBM Case Manager 5.2 Applications
• Hands on Experience on debugging ofIBM Case Manager 5.2 Applications issue
• Good in Java/J2EE and JSP
• Hands on Experience on PE workflow design deployment
• Experience on DB2/SQL Server Database
• Hands on experience on Configuring Workflow, Queues, Rosters, Document Class and Document Class Security
• Good in troubleshooting and handling Production issues
• Ability to support the testing team during the SIT, UAT, Pre-production and production environments.

The developers shall have hands-on experience with DevOps processes for software development; possess good knowledge in testing practices like Unit Testing, Load Testing, Secured Coding practices; and are familiar with architecture styles/Apis (REST).

Frontend skillsets:
Have hands-on experience with Angular (1+ years) AJAX, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and above.
Have integrated API calls on frontend using Angular, experience understanding and coding business/validation logic using Angular pattern.
Have experience implementing custom CSS.

Backend and Database skillsets:
.NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity framework core, C#, SQL Other skillsets:
• Good communication skills; able to articulate clearly in English
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies will be a plus
• Procurement domain knowledge will be a plus
• Used GIT for version control

About the role:

• The successful candidate will be supporting platform layer to centralize and abstract infrastructure issues away from application teams, which provides powerful and safe tools to develop and deploy GenAI use cases in a secured and consistent manner.
• Work with developers and business users to ensure platform have good DX and able to meet the AI needs of the users.

Your Skillset/Background:

• Possess a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Hands-on technical skill with good competencies in 2 or more of the following:
• Frontend - ReactJS (preferred) or equivalent
• Backend - Python (FastAPI - preferred) or/and NodeJS (NextJS - good to have)
• SDK development - Python (Poetry)
• Infrastructure/Platform - Terraform, AWS cloud, K8s or equivalent container technologies
• Hands on experience in system/software design and automated software testing (with Github Actions or equivalent CICD experience).

• IBM BPM Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM, specifically in developing and customizing UI components.
• UI/UX Design: Proficiency in designing user-friendly, responsive interfaces using IBM BPM Coaches, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• BPM Tools: Strong understanding of IBM BPM Process Designer, Coaches, and UI Toolkit.
• Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating BPM with RESTful services, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot UI-related issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications:
