- Support and maintain MS Office Suite applications and related software.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in desktop systems, browsers, and the MS Office Suite.
- Experience in data analytics and generating helpdesk reports is a plus.
