We are seeking a meticulous and experienced contractor to provide Claims Verification Services. The contractor will verify claims, ensure compliance with procedures, and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify claims against supporting documents based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure completeness of claims and supporting documents, checking scanned or photocopied records.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations
- Verify 100% of qualifying expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all claim verification activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 'A' level passes or a Diploma in any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in administration, finance, or operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to verify large volumes of data accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with multiple stakeholders.
- Independent, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines without supervision.
