RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing system support, managing/ maintaining of IT System [Network, Desktop & Server Infrastructure (including set-up, maintenance of servers, storage equipment, and conducting backup & data recovery activities)].
• Providing support for server administration, database support (for MSSQL DB), and systems (virtual/ physical servers)
• Performing Patch Management and hardening
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have relevant experience (1 – 2 years, minimally) with IT System Engineering (with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VMware, Storage, Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers, etc.)
• Required to provide stand-by support on rotating basis among team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working closely with the vendors (for system upgrades/ maintenance/ complex issues, etc.)
• Conducting system reviews/ audits and reporting (i.e.: documentations, service reports, incident reports)
• Other relevant duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Required to have Diploma (or Bachelor) in IT, Computer Science or relevance

Have at least 1 year of relevant working experiences as an IT System Engineer

Comfortable & able to commit to rotating working days & 12-Hour shifts
