Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: $3,450 per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Support engagement of individual ASEAN Member States.
· Coordinate, organise and serve as Secretariat for the events.
· Assist in coordinating projects such as ASEAN Guide on Anti-Scam Measures and Policies / Report on Privacy Enhancing Technologies.
· Coordinate and liaise with foreign delegations to support visits of ASEAN VIPs for Tech event.
· Provide administrative and logistical support for international meetings.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, specialising in fields such as International Relations / Political Sciences / Public Policy and Global Affairs.
· Immediate Starters are preferred.
· Entry Level applicants are welcomed to apply.
