Job Scope:
- Planning and execution of services for the acquisition of products and services
- Vetting requests, such as reviewing the approval of requirement, specification of requirement, small value purchases (SVP)
- Reviewing invitation to quote (ITQ) or invitation to tender (ITT) documents
- Clarifying where details are incomplete.
Requirements:
- Possess a tertiary qualification.
- Procurement experience in the Public Sector with knowledge on Government Procurement procedures, will be advantageous
- Possess good analytical skills and has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders’ purchasing needs;
- Meticulous team worker who is able to deliver tasks with minimum supervision;
- Good time management and be able to meet deadlines;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage
Prior work experience in chart of accounts review exercise, and familiar with SAP financial system as well as with advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage
