Basic Salary: Up to $4,300 per month

Responsibilities:

· Supporting and providing procurement advisory to buying divisions on their procurements;

· Managing procurement activities, including GeBIZ transactions and facilitating the entire procurement process for buying divisions (i.e. from reviewing of documents to preparing submissions to seeking approval for award to post-award contractual management, such as contract variations, renewal, early termination, debarment and non-performance advisory); and

· Other administrative support that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of procurement experience in the public sector is preferred.

· Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GeBIZ

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving notice)
