Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Basic Salary: $13 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Support the various administrative and operational needs of the department.
· Liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate the implementation of dept’s activities,
· Support some design and development work for videos and communication pieces – this would include video editing and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) design; and disseminate them to relevant parties.
Requirements:
· GCE O Levels and above.
· Experience in designing EDM using Canva, and familiar with video-editing software will be an advantage.
· Competent in Microsoft Excel.
