Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test, and maintain OS, software, and system tools
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes
- Maintain security, backup, redundancy, Troubleshooting, and BCP strategies
- Participate in the design of operational support systems
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution
- Manage VMware environment and support cloud Microsoft Azure & RedHat Linux
- Provide support for HPE and Hitachi environments
- Provide 24/7 support, including on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience with VMware VMware vCenter: ESXi, SRM, VRM security technologies, system monitoring, backup & recovery
- Knowledge of Windows Server OS, AD, DNS, GPO, Clustering, and SAN storage (Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform is a plus).
