- To support in the administrative functions of recruitment process, including liaising with candidates on scheduling of interviews, follow up on required documentations, preparation for the interviews, maintaining personnel records etc.
- Perform office administrative and other related admin functions, such as e-filing of staff personal documents and records
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and an excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess initiative and positive attitude
