Responsibilities

• Develop feature engineering in line with survey requirements.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end data collection application.
• Ensure the security and performance of backend applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback based on survey requirements.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirement:

• 3 years' experience in both frontend and backend development would be preferred
• Experience with ReactJS, Python and Redux
• Experience in creation/maintenance of APIs using Node.js for data related services
• Good knowledge of backend technologies and AWS Cloud services.
• Ability to conduct thorough and constructive reviews.

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: Up to $2,500 per month


Job Responsibilities:

· Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls

· Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public

· Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements:

· GCE O Levels

· Prior customer service experience in handling phone calls and emails will be advantageous.

· Immediate Starters (No Notice Period)

· Only Singaporeans
