Job Summary:

The Admin/Purchasing Executive supports administrative functions and manages procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems.
   Prepare reports and coordinate office supplies.
   
2. Purchasing Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts.
   Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
   
3. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments on needs.
   
4. Budget Management:Assist in managing the procurement budget and track expenses.
   
5. Communication:Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
   

5.5 days work week.

Location: Tuas

MRT Transport provided to and from mrt station.

Working Location: Tuas

Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Transport from MRT provided

Working hours : 9am to 6pm

Salary : $3,000 - $3,800 [ Based on experience ]

Job Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of clients and review their work to ensure accuracy and completeness

Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing

Handle GST computations and submission

Handle payroll computations and CPF submission monthly

Advise clients on matters relating to accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary

Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards when necessary

Liaison with government authorities such as IRAS when necessary

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines

Job Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in accounting with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Good working knowledge of SAP System, Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word

Candidates with 1 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience will be considered for Accounts Senior position
