Job Description

• Coordinate all works sites;
• Oversee all architectural finished works on site ;
• Supervise work progress ;
• Lisise closely with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve site issues
• To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Coordinator
• Construction related experiences

Job Descriptions:

• Provide assistance to the WSHC, WSHO, ECO & Project Manager;
• Assist site management on safety and health related matters
• Implement and maintain company’s site safety management
• Manage and oversee overall daily safety activities on site
• Conduct site safety inspection to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and health Act and regulations and in-house safety procedures and requirements
• Conduct safety and health trainings and daily toolbox briefing
• Ensure overall compliance of good practice in workplace
• Review and revise of method statement and risk assessment as and when required
• Ensure risk assessment are carried out and controls are implemented for all site activities
• Ensure that all safety and health documentations are maintained and readily available upon request
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

• preferaby 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor;
• Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Certificate in WSH (Level A) Advance Certificate in WSH or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course will be good, otherwise course will be provided
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Working knowledge of safety management information system;
• Critical thinker and problem solving skills;
• Team player;
• Good time-management skills;
• Certification in occupational health and safety
