Plan, manage & execute film & video production projects for clients.
Leads the creative vision, guides actors, collaborates with crew, and solves problems to bring the script to life visually on set.
Craft and develop creative video proposals that meets Client's project objectives.
Involved in pre development phase which mainly includes crafting proposals for projects and conceptualization of video production ideas.
Craft creative and compelling scripts for the Company's projects (eg. narrative videos, corporate branding videos, commercials and interviews etc) , ensuring they align with the Client's vision and objectives.
Collaborate effectively with the technical team to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
Make critical choices regarding budget allocation, shot schedules, and creative direction.
Stay informed on industry trends and audience preferences to create content that resonates with the target demographic.
Provide guidance and feedback during the editing process to ensure the final video matches the original vision.
Works closely on various projects with team members, vendors, and contractors on production.
Requirements:
Portfolio showcasing previous work done.
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant working experience.
Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
