- Oversee day-to-day operations across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and corporate departments.
- Streamline and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail and online operations.
2. Leasing & Retail Expansion
- Manage leasing contracts and negotiations with property owners and mall management.
- Identify new retail opportunities and markets for store expansion.
- Ensure all retail locations meet brand standards in terms of design, layout, and experience.
3. E-Commerce Oversight
- Collaborate with digital marketing and IT teams to maintain an engaging, user-friendly e-commerce platform.
- Monitor online sales performance and optimize operations to meet KPIs.
- Oversee inventory management for online orders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
4. Scheduling & Annual Planning
- Develop comprehensive annual operational schedules, aligning with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and sales strategies.
- Ensure resource availability and staff readiness for peak retail periods.
5. Leadership & Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, driving career development.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail and e-commerce operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management.
