JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle full set of accounts
Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Prepare weekly accounts payable list
Conduct bank and sales reconciliations
File GST quarterly with IRAS
Submit GTO to the landlord monthly
Prepare reports, FRS116, and balance sheet schedules for year-end auditing and liaise with auditors.
Coordinate with the corporate secretary to prepare reports for ECI and corporate tax filing
Prepare monthly internal management reports
Perform other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with other accounting tools.
Strong knowledge of GST filing and IRAS requirements.
Familiarity with FRS 116 and financial reporting standards.
Experience with bank and sales reconciliations, accounts payable, and year-end audits.
Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and balance sheet schedules.
