• Ensure all packing workers are performed their jobs according to the written work instructions.
• To place packaging materials from the store by based on the packing plan.
• Verify and monitor the work done by Group Leaders and Inspectors.
• To handle and follow up on the problems forwarded by Group Leaders.
• Checked and reviewed all checklist and reports by Group Leader and below by timely basis.
• Assist final packing area.
• To provide on the job training to the Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders other support operators.
• To ensure packing procedure and packing method are implemented and practiced.
• Ensure storage, packaging, online and final packing area are clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure the product is stored, labeled and segregated at designated area.
• Ensure worker is handle products in correct manner and not causing any damage or contamination onto the products.
• Inform to Executive/Engineer or Manager for any equipment need to be repair, service or calibrate.
• To conduct appraisal for the worker during probationer period.
• Any other task that may be assigned.
• Help packing at warehouse.
• Performance the QAQC task in the warehouse.
• Paying attention to detail, especially when it come to quality control.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience:Proven experience (X years) in technical sales or sales engineering within the marine industry.
  Strong understanding of marine equipment, systems, and solutions.
  Experience in dealing with shipyards, shipowners, and marine equipment suppliers.

Job Summary: The CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment. This role involves reading blueprints, programming machines, ensuring machine efficiency, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The operator must work closely with the production team to meet production goals and ensure high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines:Configure machines by inputting program codes based on technical drawings or customer specifications.
   Load materials (metal, plastic, or other materials) into machines.
   Operate laser cutting machines to cut, engrave, or etch materials with high precision.
   
2. Program CNC Machines:Input machine codes or modify programs to ensure proper cutting paths and material handling.
   Troubleshoot program errors or machinery malfunctions.
   Maintain documentation of programs and modifications for future reference.
   
3. Monitor and Maintain Machines:Regularly inspect machine settings and operation.
   Perform routine maintenance on CNC laser cutting equipment, including cleaning and lubricating parts.
   Report any machine issues, defects, or malfunctions to supervisors.
   
4. Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks of finished parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications.
   Ensure that materials are cut with minimal waste and to the highest standards of precision.
   Adjust machine settings if parts deviate from specifications.
   
5. Safety Compliance:Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
   Maintain a safe and clean work area and ensure that equipment is properly stored.

   Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure deadlines are met.

CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Technical certification or training in CNC operations, mechanical engineering, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment, particularly with CNC laser cutting machines, is preferred.
