Job Responsibilities:
*Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
*Generating Purchase Order timely & accurately.
*Negotiate with suppliers in getting the best price and quantity at required timing.
*Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
*Liaise with suppliers on claims for products with issue.
*Collaborate with logistic for delivery and with finance to facilitate payment process to suppliers.
*Work with sales and procurement team in accomplishing duties as needed.
