Key Responsibilities:
o Develop, Plan & Execute Cannel Strategies & Trade Activities/Promotions for the Channel to achieve our brand’s Sales Objectives & Targets,
o Manage Sales growth of the assigned Key Accounts & monitor their performance,
o Familiarity with promotions, campaigns and activities of the various Retailers is essential,
o Track & Analyse A&P spending against sales performance of each Key Account against set Targets,
o Monitor & Evaluate effectiveness of promotions conducted against our brand’s objectives& make recommendations for future promotions,
o Develop short & mid-term plan to stretch potentiality of our brand,
o Co-ordinate & work with the Sales Team to ensure excellent execution of plans agreed with the Key Account customers
o Build and Srengthen relationships with Category Managers
o Extensive experience and good working relationships with Category Managers in the Modern Trade segment, familiarity with the stores is an advantage.
Prerequisite
o At least 2 years experience in Key Accounts or Sales Team management in the Modern Trade channel in the FMCG industry in Singapore,
o Strong relationship builder with positive attitude and is a team player,
o Ability to work independently & collaborate effectively in a team,
o Proactive & able to work under pressure & meet datelines,
o Result oriented with passion to drive sales and achieving targets,
o Strong Analytical & negotiation skills
o Degree/Diploma or equivalent
o Proficient in Microsoft Office,
