1) Business Development
- Identify, develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity & market share
- Prepare and review the annual Brand Plans & Sales Target to ensure achievement of the annual targets
- Manage & work closely with Suppliers on Annual Purchase targets and Marketing Funds
- Establish, build & maintain strong relationships with Suppliers, working closely with them to further grow their brand sales and presence in Singapore
- Continue to Expand existing HORECA customer base
- Secure Marketing Collaboration with Food Services customer
2) Marketing
- Drive the company’s brands through Marketing & Communications strategy
- Lead in the execution of all Marcom Plans, Programs & Activities for the Brands
- Implement Plans to optimise all media efforts across channels (offline, digital, social) to achieve brand & business goals, and maximise ROI, in collaboration with media agencies.
- Monitor & analyse Digital Marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
3) Cross Functional Team Collaboration
- Ensure these stakeholders are updated & aware of all Marcom Plans & Collaterals for each brand
- Drive growth through formulation of Marcom plans to support our Trade strategies & activities by brand
- Monitor & ensure that agreed Plans and Activities are implemented & executed excellently (namely the Sales & Key Accounts management)
- Monitor & track Sales regularly to ensure achievement of the monthly Sales Targets
- Provide updates on Suppliers’ feedbacks that have direct impact on the brands in the short term
- Ensure successful introduction of new products to the market
Requirments
1) Minimum of 5 years' experience in the FMCG industry occupying a management position
2) Must be able to articulate well to all stakeholders in the Company and external customers
3) Brand Marketing and Brand Strategy skills
4) Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
5) Collaborative team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and has a positive, can-do attitude
6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7) Ability to analyse market trends and consumer insights
8) Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Marketing
9) Proactive self-starter with strong decision-making capabilities and a high level of responsibility in a dynamic environment
