This role is responsible for managing the contracts, document control and other administrative aspects of the complete life cycle of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate document flow over client, subcontractors and internal documentation like project plans, manuals, blueprints, progress reports, vendor contracts, technical submissions, or equivalent and drawings etc.
- Maintain an organized filing system (PEP) to meet our ISO requirements.
- Processing goods received and updating the system.
- Support team in compilation of invoices, tracking inventory/equipment listing
- Other administration support to home office and site team for infrastructure set up, manpower allocation, time attendance & leave management, etc.
- Ordering of grocery & stationary from home office
- Schedule for water dispenser, copier & plotter maintenance
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma & Above.
- Able to work independently with at least 2 year of Project Administration experience.
- Competent in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of spoken and written English
