Roles and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Management, Manager and teams to determine the materials and processes needed to cover the production demand.
• Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Assign workers to each production activity and monitor their work to ensure that they finish on time and within the quality standard.
• Address issues immediately when they arise so as to reduce disruption to the production.
• Perform quality checks and control on the production throughout the various stages of production.
• Provide quality output.
• Ensure no quality issue for the end products.
• Guide and coach new employees٫ monitoring their productivity.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior Managers or Management.
• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Ensure good housekeeping of the production areas and promote safe work practices at all times.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
