Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Lead Generation Manager located in Singapore. The Marketing & Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, overseeing customer service initiatives, and driving lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communication-
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to highlight AppsPOS's value in the F&B and retail sectors.
- Craft compelling narratives and content that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Lead Generation-
- Design and implement lead-generation campaigns to attract and nurture prospects.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Social Media Management -
- Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage and grow our audience.
- Monitor trends and implement strategies to boost visibility and interaction.
Market Research -
- Stay updated on F&B industry trends and technological advancements.
- Identify opportunities for AppsPOS to address market needs and challenges.
Analytics and Reporting -
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in tech or F&B.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions for the F&B industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate brand value and technical concepts in simple terms.
- Social media savvy with hands-on experience in running campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
