JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-charge of student attendance
• Perform front desk / customer service / receptionist role
• Handle administrative procedures
• Answer parents’ enquiries
• Attend to all whatsapp & phone enquires and walk-in customers
• Able to work independently and in a team with a high level of motivation and initiative
• Other tasks as assigned. Training will be provided.
• Any other adhoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Working Day: EVERY SUNDAY
• Working Shift Required: 8.30am to 12pm and/or 2.30pm to 7pm (candidates who can work both sessions will be preferred).

• Hourly rate: $10/hr (>2 years: $12/hr)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 2 years or more competitive coaching
• Teaching of APS Swim School Curriculum
• Requires communication skills with parents on the learning progress of the child
• Basic computer & admin skills are essential
• Leadership skills in developing and teaching young students of the Swim School
• Provide teaching plans and monthly reports of students' progress
• Development of the boy’s and girl’s swim team; planning of training sessions, instruct swimmers on swimming technique, establish effective communication with team and staff members

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Sports Coaching
• Possess experience in both Learn-to-Swim and Competitive coaching
• Must work Saturdays and Sundays (Mondays off)
• Schedule: Tue to Fri: 6pm to 8pm / Wed: 11.45am to 1pm weekly meeting / Sat & Sun: 7am to 11am & 3pm to 7pm
• Weekdays Morning Trainings at 7am - once to twice a week during school holidays
• Work week includes planning and coaching hours
• Place of work in Singapore (Near Buona Vista MRT / One North MRT)

PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Love the water and have a passion for teaching children
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Possess team player and leadership qualities
