6 months contract (Renewable with good performance)
To support the sales team in the full spectrum of administration and coordination of administrative tasks in relations to engagement with clients and all internal and external stakeholders
Qualification & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
· Have proven experience in engaging and maintaining client relationships in a complex organisation
· Be able to demonstrate experience in administration work related to program management
· Have a client centric approach and ability to solve problems consultatively
· Possess effective communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior-level internal and external clients
· Thrive on actively contributing to a high-performance, client-centric culture.
· Prior experience in Adult Education/learning/Training will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Prepare appointment letters
· Prepare program budget sheets
· Support the preparation of procurement related documents
· Liaise with procurement department
· Liaise with external agencies and companies and coordinate various engagements
· Liaise and coordinate availabilities of stakeholders
· Update administrative records
· Other duties as assigned
