Responsibilities
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Lead and supervise a team to coordinate all M&E related issues with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor.
- Coordinate services requirement for both site work and pre-cast production.
- Schedule and supervise on work activities and site inspection.
- Managing all M&E related activities and projects
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong coordination experience in M&E systems.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other relevant M&E design tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices related to M&E systems.
