In this role, you will:
- Establish the roadmap and priorities for the culture risk assessment function
- Lead the development and implementation of culture and behavioural risk assessment framework across the financial services ecosystem in Singapore
- Drive the design and execution of qualitative research studies to identify emerging behavioural risks
Ideal Expertise:
- Masters/PhD in organisational behaviour, psychology, behavioural science
- Led and performed qualitative research relating to governance, culture and conduct
- 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally within financial services
- Strong in stakeholder engagement
