Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
2. Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
3. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
4. Performing equipment material and routine site inspections.
5. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors managers, and staff
6. Working closely with architects and other professionals.
7. Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
8. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.
Requirements:
1. Experience 08 (Eight) years relevant field.
2. Excellent communication skill in specially in english.
3. Will be required to work night shift (if needed).
4. Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays.
5. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
6. Problem Solving skills and Strategic Thinking.
