Liaise with external consultants and clients on delivery of design
Tender Documentation and Specifications Preparation
Liaise with Government Authorities on Project execution and Delivery
Project Management and Coordination
Monitoring of project progress and site inspections
Familiarity with Authorities Compliances governing constructions and Architectural practices
Familiar with Contract Administration of SIA/PSSCOC

Requirements
A recognised Degree in Architecture
Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
Good knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings, Authorities Compliances and Construction Practices
Excellent in Design Presentation and Human Relation Skill
Well Versed in Architectural Design Software
Flair in Design, Enthusiastic and have the ability to produce good design concepts
Conversant with local Codes and Regulations
Contract Administration Experience is a plus
Committed and able to work independently
Good team player
Ability to meet timely deliverables
Familiar with e-Corenet submission system
