Job Overview

As a Demi Chef (Pastry), you are responsible for supporting the Pastry Chef in the kitchen delivering consistently high-quality products, handling and receiving of goods and good hygiene practices.

Demonstrating good knowledge of basic techniques, you will be ensuring the highest quality standards and consistency in the daily production as well as accommodating and advising clients with special requests and demands.

Role and responsibilities

To be successful in this role you should be able to take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.

• Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
• Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
• Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Commis Chef. You will be reporting to the Chef de Partie and assisting the team with various meal preparations. You should be able to gather ingredients and measure them correctly before every meal preparation. Also, you should be able to assist with meat seasoning and chopping of vegetables.

Role and responsibilities

Your job responsibilities will also include taking a stock of the inventory and placing orders for new food items. Moreover, you should be able to organize and label food items correctly. As a Commis Chef, you should adhere to the industry standards and always follow excellent hygiene practices.

To be able to perform in this role, you should be familiar with various food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Furthermore, you should be able to work at flexible shifts and have a detail-oriented approach. A candidate possessing excellent communication and listening skills along with the ability to work as a team will be preferred.

As a Captain for a fine dining restaurant, you are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day functions of the restaurant. You would also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. This includes greeting guests, taking their orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their meal. We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent culinary skills according to the executive chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an important factor to our client’s contentment. The goal is to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure our long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Chef De Partie, the incumbent will be working closely with the Executive Chef in contributing towards the delivery of quality food to all guests at a consistent level while demonstrating an understanding of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen to set a good example for all junior chefs in the kitchen. The top priority of the Chef De Partie is to ensure that all good production is achieved on a satisfactory level or beyond the service standards. The incumbent must assist the Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef in exercising cost controlling to minimise wastage and spoilage of kitchen resources.

The Chef De Partie must demonstrate and practice high levels of working hygiene and safety in the kitchen at all times. To be successful in this role you must possess:

As a Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant, you are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, from food and beverage to customer service and staff management. Roles & Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager you would be a key member of our Front of House team, and your role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant. You must be able to work under pressure, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to motivate and train staff and be able to work effectively with other members of the team.

To be able to perform in this role, you should be familiar with the overall operations of the restaurant. Furthermore, you should be able to work at flexible shifts and have a detail-oriented approach. • Managing and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures

• Managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances

• Hires, trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers
