Assistant Account Manager (Sales-Focused) is responsible to support the Account Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring account satisfaction. This involves assisting with client enquiries, preparing sales presentations, and processing orders. The role includes administrative duties like scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Assistant Account Manager will help to analyse client data, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities for growth while building and maintaining strong client connections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct support to the Account Manager in all aspects of client management.
• Handling Enquiries, Pre-Qualifications, making Offers and concluding Sales contracts
• Set up order confirmations and purchasing contracts.
• Establishes and maintains relations with new and existing clients, markets.
• Conduct sales and BD activities to meet objectives
• Thinks up and proposes innovative and client-oriented solutions.
• Gather and analyse data related to client accounts and prepare performance reports.
• Identify areas for growth or improvement in account strategies and collaborate with the Account Manager on implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and account growth

Qualification

Diploma in Sales/Marketing and/or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Commercial experience and understanding of B2B processes.
• Good command of English language
• Knowledge and understanding of our markets and products
• Knowledge of MS Office

Technical Quality Project Manager is responsible for the efficient set-up, execution, control and management of "Projects" within the agreed contractual scope & company's policy with client's satisfaction as a final result. The TQPM should also be responsible for essential quality assurance and control functions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

• Oversee the supply and delivery of steel, ensuring compliance with specified delivery specifications and conditions, based on customer’s requirements.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to completion, defining scope and deliverables with senior management.
• Communicate and manage expectations with stakeholders and team members, resolving conflicts as needed.
• Track milestones, manage changes, and prepare contingency plans, ensuring project goals are met.
• Develop reports and proposals, defining success criteria and building essential business relationships.

Quality Management:

• Review and evaluate customer specifications, understand deviations from supplier offers, and ensure familiarity with relevant standards and specifications.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and standardize QA/QC activities from raw materials to customer delivery.
• Address quality complaints, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Must be willing to travel as required for job execution.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Material Science and/or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of steel grades, welding inspection, and general steel quality issues.
