Key Responsibilities

• To establish standard flow / operating instructions for Product Engineering and Manufacturing process.
• Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA) where applicable
• Familiar with the operation of wafer sort test (Tester platforms/ Probers)
• Work and communicate with customers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Coordinate device start up and transfer.
• Review and analyze wafer test yields, Hold Lot Disposition and resolve (debug) any associated issues impacting yield performance (Yield Improvement).
• Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports
• Develop and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) where applicable
• Support manufacturing operations (Line Support) on technical issues relating to device testing

Job Specification

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• It will be an added advantage if you are familiar with all or any of the following:

1. Wafer sort test
2. Prober operations (TSK or OPUS)
3. Tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester)

• Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts
• Graduate with relevant industrial attachment will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Production setup
Troubleshoot production setup issues
Machine down recovery
Recording of machine down and recovery actions taken in system
Compilation of daily shift report for operation meeting
Ensure quality by adhere to SOP and OCAP
Other responsibilitiesPrepare first draft of 3D report for any quality excursion cases
Maintain general 5S in production floor
Recover of “other equipment” in production floor
Assist in data collection for engineering analysis
Assist engineers for tool setup for engineering work
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Job Specification

Min. Diplomar / Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering are welcome to apply.
It will be an added advantage if you have experience in working with any of the following:

-Wafer sort testing environment
-Prober operations (TSK or OPUS)
-Tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, HP93000, Magnum SV
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills - both verbal and written
Applicants must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to provide troubleshoot production setup issues with our English and Mandarin speaking counterparts and also, to read and understand English and Chinese documents.)
Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starters’ who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems
Will be required to do shift work
