This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team at a leading 24-hour gym in City Hall. We are looking for a motivated Sales Ambassador, with a passion for fitness and wellbeing to join the team.
We are looking for a commercially-minded individual with an eye for detail who has experience managing a sales process, ideally within the fitness industry.
Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Lead on the driving the sales and training process – including systems, processes, KPIs and internal challenges and incentives.
- Review of monthly sales plans. Daily review of sales performance and providing support and intervention as required
- Weekly and Monthly reporting of sales and leaver performance
- Working with Stakeholders, Club Manager and Marketing Team , monthly review of the effectiveness of campaigns and future planning
- Development and execution of a central corporate sales plan and local activity.
- Ensure the sales system is configured with all agreed products and promotions.
- Lead on the development of processes to manage debtors and prepaid renewals and ensure all are closed off monthly more effectively.
- Provide ideas and recommendations to the management team to improve the experience of our members with a view to improving their length of stay.
The Person...
- 1 year (min) of sales experience, preferably in a commercial gym.
- The ability to see sales and cost control opportunities.
- Exceptional service standards and customer focus.
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A confident and clear communicator.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well presented with good written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient, enthusiastic team player and contributor.
- Confidence to deal with members and prospects on a daily basis and able to work on your own initiative.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
