Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS Cloud migration, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and strong experience in Oracle and SQL Server database administration. The ideal candidate will lead the migration of on-premises databases to AWS, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute migrations of Oracle and SQL Server databases to AWS RDS.

· Utilize AWS DMS for large-scale data migrations.

· Design and implement database migrations with minimal downtime and data integrity checks.

• Implementing business logic by writing clean and efficient code that meets the functional requirements of the service and adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Ensuring scalability and performance. Should optimize the services for high throughput, low latency, and efficient resource utilization. This may involve implementing caching mechanisms, load balancing, and other performance optimization techniques.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The primary responsibility is managing payroll operations while supporting the migration from SAP to SuccessFactors, with the payroll system following suit. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth monthly payroll cycles and assisting with the system transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Operations: Manage monthly payroll cycles for approximately 1,300 staff members, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• System Migration Support: Collaborate on the migration from SAP to SuccessFactors, ensuring payroll operations run smoothly during the parallel use of both systems.
• Operational Support: Work closely with the payroll team (team of 4, including internal and external staff) to maintain day-to-day payroll activities and handle any issues that may arise during the transition period.
• Compliance: Ensure payroll processes align with MOM regulations, and maintain compliance with all relevant government and institutional guidelines.
• System Knowledge: Work with SAP HANA or SuccessFactors, supporting the HRIS transformation and ensuring that payroll systems are compatible post-migration.
• Hybrid Work Model: Maintain flexibility in a hybrid work environment, being in the office 3 days a week.

Requirements:

• Experience working with SAP HANA and/or SuccessFactors is highly preferred, though candidates without this experience will still be considered.
• Payroll Expertise: Strong understanding of Singapore payroll processes, particularly under MOM rules, focusing purely on payroll operations (no need for benefits management).
• Experience working in publicly listed companies (PLCs) or government-linked institutions is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
• Ability to work on short notice, ideally available to start immediately.
