About the Role:
As a CRM Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) to drive sales efficiency and enhance customer relationships across the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with our global team and regional sales and commercial teams to implement strategic CRM initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage CRM to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to define CRM requirements and processes.
- CRM Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Configure and customize the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the APAC region.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system.
- Develop and implement effective data management processes.
- User Adoption and Training: Lead user adoption initiatives to maximize the utilization of the CRM system.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales and commercial teams.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
- Reporting and Analytics: Design and generate insightful reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of CRM initiatives.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and data flows.
- Project Management: Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with the IT team to address technical issues and implement system enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and CRM best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
