Arista Singapore is a distributor of various watch and fashion lifestyle brands such as Timex, Nixon, Ucon Acrobatics and more. As we continue to grow our online presence, we’re looking for an eCommerce Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail.
Position Overview:
The eCommerce Intern will assist with various aspects of our eCommerce operations, including product listings, website optimization, digital marketing efforts, and customer experience. This internship will provide you with valuable insight into the day-to-day workings of an eCommerce business and give you practical skills in online sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on the various eCommerce platform(s) - (Lazada/Zalora/Shopee, etc.)
- Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
- Analyze website performance data (traffic, conversion rates, etc.) and provide insights to improve user experience
- Help optimize product pages for SEO to increase organic search visibility
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on eCommerce platforms (e.g., via chat, email, or social media)
- Assist with inventory management and tracking product stock levels
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and sales initiatives
- Support in executing promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in gathering data and preparing reports for performance analysis
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and online retail
- Basic knowledge of website management tools (Shopify, WordPress, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus

Working Environment:
- The successful candidate will report to the Business Dev. Manager and work in a team of 2-3 people.
- The working hours are from 10am to 5pm.
- As the team is small, work-in-office arrangements are preferred.
